A bump is not bad. It is just an area of swelling. If it was a hard blow or you passed out at all.
Well, I'd say check how bad her head is. Check to see if there is a wound or a bump. If the wound or bump looks really bad, suggest about going to a doctor, especially if the head is split open. If it's a bad bang and she has been knocked unconcious, then definitely go to the hospital. If it was just a bit of a bump, just let her lie on the couch and relax her head. I hope this helps and I hope your daughter is OK if she has just bumped her head.
Right after hitting your head, yes. But it should only feel like that for a small amount of time. If it continues, GET TO A DOCTOR

I don't know, you should probably go see a doctor, if you think it's really bad!
If you have any dressings on a wound, you'd want to keep them dry. If you're dizzy, this is a bad idea. Otherwise, sure -- go for it.

concussions - Many soccer players experience a concussion from hitting the ball with their head.
Not recommended
The shaking you experience is caused by slack in the front end. Have it checked by a professional. You've probably got some bad ball joints or tie rods. Either way it can be dangerous.
That depends on how it got there, if the child hit his/her head and it's just a small bump with no headache or vision problems it is probably OK. You should check with your pediatrician anyway just in case it is a concussion.
