It could be that you are not eating well or you are not eating enough lately.

Headache could be a sign of a number of issues. You may have developed an allergy recently. It could be lack of sleep, lack of adequate or good sleep, certain foods eaten lately, other environmental factors. It could be a medical condition or ailment related.

Yes, it is bad! If you have a constant headache you may be lacking essential vitamins, be dehydrated, have an ongoing eye strain, an unknown injury, a reaction to something you eat, drink or take, or you might even have a brain disorder! I'm no doctor but I've been to my fair share of them and have read med textbooks since I was five years old and a headache is a major warning sign of many things. If it is constant, then that's even worse! I would get myself to a doctor or hospital ASAP.
