ummm.... it isn't bad when your in a hurry..because your body knows that you are hurrying and gets ur poop out... but if you just have to go to the bathroom and you aren't in a hurry, just poop slowly.

yea and it can cause problems if you hold it in for a long period of time eventually it will get soft and more liquidy and if you try to hard to keep it in it will come out regardless
