You should always take a pregnancy test in the morning as at that time the urine is more concentrated and therefore there is more hormone in it and it is more likely to show as pregnant. Later in the day the urine is weaker, therefore the hormone is weaker and may not be strong enough to show up. So the answer to your question is YES. Early in pregnancy an early morning test may show pregnant where a later one may not.
One day of pregnancy means you had sex about 7-10 days ago and I don't think that is what you mean. It takes about 3 days for the egg to get fertilized and an additional 7 days until the egg is attached. 11 paracetamol is not good for you or the kidneys and it will not prevent pregnancy working as the morning after pill nor will it make you abort. Better to take the morning after pill or have the coil fitted which can prevent pregnancy up to 5 days after sex.
There are a few signs and symptoms of pregnancy, like morning sickness and little or no period. But if you think you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test and visit a doctor. They will be able to tell you.
It won't hurt her, and won't harm the pregnancy. Her milk most likely will dry up as the pregnancy gets farther along.

Nearly all women experience morning sickness to one extent or another, however, it is possible to be pregnant and not have morning sickness. It is recommended that women who think they are pregnant take a pregnancy test to find out for sure.

You are correct that stress can cause disruptions in her cycle. The symptoms that you describe are the same as is seen in pregnancy, but they are also side effects of the morning after pill. I think your best course is to get a pregnancy test and put your mind at ease.
Definetly take a home pregnancy test or go see your doctor, the sooner the better because you can't take the risk of ignoring the pregnancy.
i dont think so there is some that can tell you your ovulation dates but that is it you might have to consult a doctor for that
Oh yeah. You can have morning sickness anytime of day. I have no idea why they call it MORNING sickness it should be pregnancy sickness. I'm 5 weeks preg on my 2nd child and I am nauseous all day everyday. But every single night I start feeling really sick around 2am and vomit by 3-330 every night like clock work. It was not this bad my 1st pregnancy. Some say it gets better some say it lasts the whole pregnancy. If it gets to bad tell ur doc they have meds to help it. I think I am going to. Good luck and hang in there.
jay-z carrys along with the beat better and drake is a vegitarian
Even if you just 'feel' pregnant - it's best to take a test to confirm whether you are or not !
