A sensation of movement in the stomach is part of the human condition, and is usually due to gas. If you think you may be pregnant, take a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant enough to feel fetal movement, you're pregnant enough for a positive urine test.
Fetal movement is typically felt in the abdomen, as the baby moves and shifts within the uterus. However, some pregnant individuals may perceive movements in the back due to the position of the baby or pressure against the spine. While it's not common to feel distinct fetal movements in the back, sensations such as pressure or discomfort could be related to the baby's position or other factors. If there are concerns about fetal movement, it's best to consult a healthcare provider.
You can begin to feel fetal kitten movement between the 6th and 7th week in a cat's pregancy, but you probably won't be able to see the movement until around the 8th week. If its a cat's first pregnancy or there are quite a few kittens in the uterine horns, you may not be able to feel much movement at all since they can be restricted in space.
Fetal movement usually happens around 20th week.
No, there is no reason to worry yet. You don't normally start to feel movements until 16-22 weeks.

I am 20 years old and pregnant with twins. This is my first pregnancy and I started to feel some fetal movement at 17w. It wasn't strong or very frequent, but it was definitely there. It felt like butterflies in my lower abdomen. I'm not 22w pregnant, and they kick me all over!
The general term is Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
