Hi there Yes, many teens and in fact, women of all ages can get tiny pimples on their breast. It could be tiny ingrown hairs to hormone changes (even perspiration can cause this.) If you perspire easily, be sure to keep this area clean, and if you have oily skin, you can use a good face toner (gentle to the skin) on your breasts (not the nipple area) and that will help decrease the irritation. Just go to a cosmetic counter at your local drug store and ask for a gentle skin toner for oily skin. If you are easily embarrassed they will just think it's for your face. If you are 18, please see your GP just to be on the safe side. You should be fine, but there are also good creams out there that your doctor could prescribe.
