I just experienced the same problem. The doctor I saw gave two reasons for something like this happening, one being possible pregnancy, the other being abnormal menstrual symptoms that should just pass. Definitely see a doctor, though, to make sure.
Yes, an electric charge can spread over the entire surface of a balloon. When a balloon is charged, the charge will distribute itself evenly across the surface due to electrostatic forces.

As the air in the balloon is heated, it expands and becomes less dense, or that is, becomes lighter. This then provides lift to the balloon and the basket. The reason the air in the balloon expands, is because as it is heated, the molecules of air move faster and spread out to fill the entire volume of the balloon.
The entire balloon is called the Envelope and makes up the top part of the hot air balloon. The deflation Port is located at the very top of the envelope and allow the operator to release the hot air in the balloon to decrease the balloon's buoyancy and make it sink.
Here is an entire website dedicated to balloon decorations. There are pictures included with the ideas so you can see the decorations beforehand. http://balloonsnj.com/NJ_balloons/book/export/html/2
If you put an inflated balloon in a jar and then remove the air from the jar the balloon will expand. Perhaps to the point of bursting, or to the point where it coats the entire inner surface of the jar.
As the water boils, it creates steam which increases the pressure inside the sealed jar. This increased pressure causes the air inside the balloon to expand, filling more of the jar.
A little helium isn't harmful, but inhaling an entire balloon-full can block oxygen to your brain, which might cause you to pass out. There has been at least one death from breathing helium from a pressurized tank instead of a balloon, too.
no because if you fill it up all the way you won't be able to tie it and if you do tie it there is a 90% chance it is going to pop.
Implantation typically takes place around 6-12 days after fertilization. The process involves the fertilized egg attaching to the uterine lining, which triggers the start of pregnancy. The implantation itself may only take a few minutes, but the entire process involves complex interactions between the embryo and the uterine lining.
When the air is heated inside the balloon, it expands, causing it to be lighter than the surrounding (and presumably) cooler air. One imagines however, that as the air inside the balloon is heated, some air is forced out (due to expansion), thus resulting in a decrease in the entire apparatus' overall mass (not to mention a decrease in mass due to any fuel's having been used to heat the air in the balloon).
The average speed measures the speed during an entire trip. It is calculated by dividing the total distance traveled by the total time taken.
