Don't take a hot bath right after sex during ovulation, but otherwise, no worries!

While trying to conceive, I think that it's highly important to find ways to relax. It will only do good! Stress etc. can delay ovulation, so I would definitely jump at the opporturnity of relaxation

And when you DO get pregnant? - here are some further tips from a fellow bath lover!

HOT water - over 98 degrees - is unfavourable to the pregnancy. Taking a warm (NOT HOT!) bath with someone to help you get in and out of the bath safely can help:

  • Decrease uncomfortable swelling in arms and legs.
  • Increase the amniotic fluid.
  • Prevent premature contractions.

Help you relax and alleviate anxiety

This is also why swimming is such a great pregnancy exercise!
