With really good pokemon. I used a lv.100 Rayquaza and it was still a bit difficult. --- You should train your Pokemon to high levels. Make sure you have your Pokemon rounded to be strong in most areas. I would go for speed. Lv. high 80s-90s should be okay. Just keep trying and equip useful items that boost moves nicely.

Okay, I shall answer!!! First of all, there is no such thing as Mew four. Second of all, the original Mew has never been able to be caught in Pokemon games WITHOUT cheats. Third of all, if you would like to get Mewtwo, I would recommend SoulSilver or Heartgold, as you can get twice the Pokemon as in other games. And fourth of all, Bye!!!!!
