Yes, it's okay to go in a pool on your period if you have a tampon.
You can also use other internal menstrual products while on your period in order to go swimming, for example softcups or menstrual cups - cups are safer than tampons and menstrual cups are a lot more convenient as well as reliable so are a better option than tampons. If you do use tampons be sure to use correct absorbency, time it so you can insert a fresh tampon before swimming, and have a pad on hand ready for when you get out of the water to change into or use as back-up to the tampon.
yees
You cannot do this, it would be embarrassing for you, so wear a tampon, or stay out of the pool.
Nothing... You should just wear a Tampon when you go swimming.
You can, but for the safety of others in the pool {And to avoid embarrassment}, you should use a tampon while in the water.
Yes but only if you put a tampon in. You can also if your flow isn't heavy. It could get heavy in the pool though, so i recomend putting a tampon in. Thx Amanda!
I believe that I have been told that going in the pool won't make blood come out but when you get out u will probably have blood dripping
yes you can go swimming when you have your period. If you want to do this then its best to use a tampon. Just find what type of tampon suits you and you should be fine.
Reason: If You Go Any Longer Then That, The Blood From The Tampon Will Get Soggy And Leak Out Into The Pool.
If you wear a tampon then you can. =]
yes... use a tampon
No. It is rude and disgusting to go into a swimming pool without a tampon. Other people don't want to swim in your period. It would be like going into the pool with your underwear on. Other than that you can swim it won't do you any harm. There is no reason while on a period that you have to curb or not do any activity that you don't normally do. Having a period is part of daily life and millions of women have them every day. There is nothing special about it or you.
Wear a tampon! I recomend the Always Sports Tampons. Have a Happy Period!
you either have to stop or wear a tampon
