The simple answer is, No. You can obviously do some pretty darn harmful things to yourself and your fetus BUT there is no guarantee that you will cause a miscarriage and if anything you are more likely to cause harm to the fetus and yourself. Which means then you go from carrying a normal baby to a special needs baby. I'm not sure if you had an accident and are asking or you are trying to make a miscarriage happen because you don't want the baby. Yes, you certainly can. A bad fall (especially down stairs) but BEWARE it's not like you think it will be. There is a high risk as the above poster said that the miscarriage will not happen and you could well do harm to the baby. Also to yourself! If you want this baby and have had any type of fall or heavy lifting and feel 'off' please see your doctor. If you are a young woman that doesn't want the baby then spend the money and have the abortion done right. Please note I am not accusing you of anything, just giving you information.
