A period that lasts for 10 days is a little unusual hun. If this isn't normal for you, then I would see your doctor to check your hormone levels incase this is the cause for the 10 day period. But if it is normal for you, then that's ok.

But in itself, this is no proof that conception has taken place and I wouldn't get your hopes up hun. You may of ovulated for longer than normal for you or had break through ovulation.
