I recently noticed a hole in my back molar along with a bit of black stuff at the back of the tooth but not where the hole is located. There has been a bit of pain and sensitivity lately. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this could be considered for a root canal or if the took is decaying? Thanks!
Of course it is better to fill it immediately and stop any further damage to the tooth. Why would you wait? So the cavity can get bigger? So the whole tooth rots away so you don't have to fill it?
Because the female reproductive tract is continuous with the peritoneal cavity through the fallopian tubes, it is possible for sperm to enter the peritoneal cavity.
This thing is not possible.
No, it's not possible for a suture or clip in the peritoneal cavity to migrate to the brain.

By visiting a dentist for evaluation and possible filling.
You may not be able to see the cavity--the dentist often uses magnifying glasses and a pick--in addition to xrays--to see them. Make an appointment to visit the dentist.
you should see a doctor.
There is no such term as "oblivical cavity" in anatomy or medicine. It is possible that you may be referring to a misspelling or a term that does not exist. Can you provide more context or clarification?

It is not possible for an egg to be fertilized in the pelvic cavity of a female because fertilization typically occurs in the fallopian tubes, which are part of the reproductive tract. If an egg were to be fertilized in the pelvic cavity, it would not be able to implant and develop properly.
