yes..i was prescribed and am taking celexa, welbutrin, and concerta all together celexa and welbutrin for depression concerta for adhd...
Celexa is an anti depressant. SSRI which increases serotonin in brain. It CAN help with anxiety and OCD though along with depression
Wellbutrin and celexa are two different drugs. Celexa is a good drug for anxiety and welbutrin is better to counter the effects of high anxiety drugs which can make you almost comatose. Wellbbutrin can cause people with anxiety nightmares so be careful with that one.
No, this combo might cause a maniac episode on a bipolar disease.
celexa and seroquel are probably treated for depression and insomnia. Celexa is aused with many people with PTSD, used to help with anxiety and depression, and if your doctor feels the need to not give you ambien for whatever reason, he might proscribe trazadone or seroquel for sleep. That's what i got it for :) although i find celexa doesnt really work for me
It depends, if you are getting sick after missing doses that is from withdraw. However if you mean vomiting after taking Celexa there are a few reasons that may be happening. If you take Celexa first thing in the morning or with an empty stomach that may be the problem and simply eating before taking Celexa will fix the problem. It is possible that your body just can't handle Celexa or it interacts with some other medication in which case you should see your doctor immediately.
fluoxetine (Prozac) sertraline (Zoloft) paroxetine (Paxil) fluvoxamine (Luvox) citalopram (Celexa) escitalopram (Lexapro)
well if it helps my phdoc has me on 40 ml celexa and 50ml of seroquel. seems to be a good combination for me i feel okay through the day and sleep well at night. i take celexa in the morning and seroquel at bedtime.
Citalopram (brand name = Celexa) is a SSRI antidepressant medication. and is also used to prevent anxiety symptoms, in those individuals having anxiety disorders.
These two are definitely in the psychiatrists realm of prescribed drugs that are used successfully in combination. I think only a psychiatrist would use them enough to feel comfortable prescribing the two, at least in concert.
Im not sure if all Doctors would agree but i called mine this morning because ive been on klonopin and zoloft for about 6 months now and since i started i stopped taking all supplements. Im trying to get back into it again and called my Dr this morning i was informed that it was ok. hope this helps!
You are advised not to drink alcohol while taking Celexa.
