sometimes if there are too many teeth in your mouth having 1 or more teeth taken out helps. Im not a dentist but i know that can help.

that's what i had but my teeth were so bad the braces were the only solution.

to be honest braces really arent that bad.

at worst they make your teeth ache when tightened (but taking paracetamol helps) and they can rub on your gums (i was given wax to put over the metal which was rubbing that helped and putting bongela on the sore areas numbed the pain).

But they are totally worth it just my opinion :)

Are you able to drink coffee when wearing braces on your teeth?

Of course you can. Braces have nothing to do with the "color/brightness" of your teeth. Braces are used to straighten teeth. If it is, in your finding, that drinking coffee has discolored your teeth, then he or she (your dentist) can apply a "whitener" to your teeth, regardless of braces. Regards
