  • Menstrual cups

Menstrual cups are the best option as they are safer and more hygienic than tampons so there is no risk of TSS or vaginal infections, also for swimming menstrual cups are best because unlike tampons they can be worn even with very light flow, they don't increase cramps, they don't absorb water, nothing shows outside of the body, and as menstrual cups hold more plus have light suction they don't leak like tampons or other options.
