why would it be too much? excess fruit consumption is not a good thing, but eating 1 grapefruit a day, in divided doses, is fine. Grapefruits can be big, so they have many calories, but if you eat half in the morning, and half for lunch or in the afternoon, it's absolutely fine. Eating a whole grapefruit before bed on the otherhand isn't as good of an idea.

Yes it is unhealthy especially if they don't feel the same about you. You are setting yourself up for heartbreak and you're doing it all to yourself. Focus on you and do something that will make you feel good / better.

Valentine's Day is important because it is day for showing others you love and care for them. It is a day of affection and sincerity. This is the only day in the year devoted to showing those you love how much you truly love them.
