If it is leaking from a bad head gasket, it is because of a bad head gasket. If it is leaking from a bad intake manifold gasket, it is because of a bad intake manifold gasket.
Its not bad as long as they are not leaking. Unfortunately polybutylene pipes have the best chance to start leaking at some point and it can be costly to repair.

It is okay if it leaks a bit of water outside but if it is leaking inside the house no it is not normal or okay.
Sounds like you either have a bad wheel cylinder and are leaking brake fluid or a bad axle seal and are leaking differntial fluid. In either case you will have to remove wheels and drums for further investigation
Our 15 year old GE dishwasher is leaking water from under the unit in the wash cycle and also when it drains. Could this be a bad pump or a bad hose?
