i think that's a good thing... i know someone who recently did a fitness test for a job n had to get his resting heart rate checked and it was 56, apparently for this, the lower was better
A normal pulse is anywhere from 60-100 bpm so if your on the lower end id say its good and the higher end not as good
YES
By doing exercises our pulse rate will increase to 50-75% of our maximum heart rate, because of this action more blood pumps to our organs.
70-80, however if you exercise it can be as good as 50-60. It depends on your exercise and fitness level
The breathing rate and pulse rate are related proportionally. If the breathing rate increases, so does the pulse rate. The pulse rate is an indication of the breathing rate.
Why do you have your pulse rate taken? Why do you have your pulse rate taken?
Increase the level of intensity
The pulse rate, or heart rate, is typically measured in beats per minute (BPM). A normal resting pulse rate for adults usually ranges from 60 to 100 BPM. Athletes or individuals in good physical condition may have a resting pulse rate below 60 BPM, which can be normal for them. Factors such as age, fitness level, and overall health can influence pulse rate.
yes! 50s indicated you excercise a lot. 50-70bpm is something to be proud of
the pulse rate is usually equal to the heart rate
