I believe mine is due to where the needles where injected. I am going to call my Dentist as soon as they open! Im very concerned, because I look like chipmunk-- I hope u found your answer! I believe this may be normal, I may have gritted my teeth in my sleep or somehow aggravated the surgery site! I am also very concerned about my swellen! I have had many filllings and never really had any swellen before!
