yes. just like in FR/LG, it will be somewhere deep in seafoam islands
Pokemon Heartgold will have Ho-oh, which Soulsilver doesn't. On the other hand, Soulsilver has Lugia.
It does appear anywhere in black OR white only in platinum, soulsilver, and heartgold.
I'm 95% sure that it is Groudon.
You can't. You must trade Kyogre over from Heartgold.
He does not appear in Pokemon Black or White. He only appears in Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold and Soulsilver if you want to battle him.
Groudon does not appear naturally within the game. Transfer it from Diamond pearl platinum soulsilver or heartgold.
No, Kyogre does not naturally appear in SoulSilver.
You must defeat the eighth Gym Leader in order for Articuno to appear. First, you go to the Seafoam islands. Delve deep into it and you can find Articuno.
There both the same, just some Pokemon appear more in Soulsilver than in Heartgold, same with Heartgold to Soulsilver. Also, Lugia, in Soulsilver, is level 45 when you find it, but in Heartgold you find him level 70, in Soulsilver Ho-oh is 70, but in Heartgold, he is 45. There is VERY little difference's between the two games. Also, not to be mean, but you spelled silver in Soulsilver wrong.
you can't you have to trade from soulsilver
It will appear at Seafoam Islands.
The differences are the pokemon that appear and the rate at which they appear. In fact there quite a number of pokemon exclusive between each game, so trading is needed to get these pokemon. This is actually said on th original casing of the game, too, in a similar way.
