There are a few ways to cure hiccups, so I'll list them all.
1. Hang upside down and drink water.
2. Hold your breath.
3. (not a lot of people know) brush your teeth upside down.
4. Lastly, you can hold your breath and spin ( do for about 5-10 seconds).
These are few of the many ways to cure hiccups. If you have a minor case or major case and none of these work, e-mail me at kassie_ggg@rocketmail.com for more ways or to get an appointment with me to stop these hiccups. Thank you and I hope these 4 things work for you!

Lime may help alleviate hiccups for some people due to its sourness, which can stimulate the vagus nerve and interrupt the hiccup reflex. The acidity can provoke a strong taste response that may distract the body from the hiccup cycle. However, there is no scientific evidence to definitively prove that lime is a reliable cure for hiccups, and results can vary from person to person. Other remedies, such as holding your breath or drinking water, are also commonly used.
It's a portmanteau of hiccup and cough. Hiccup, cough, hiccough.
