No, sorry there isn't. Clinical depression is a serious illness (and is sometimes fatal). Even the best treatments for it often fail and the ultimate fallback treatment for unresponsive cases (ECT) has serious side effects itself.
I doubt it. I think depression is a mental illness. I don't think it has anything to do with your physical health. Unless, you hate your body, you can't motivate your self to fix it and that make you sad
