Is there any way to prevent autism?

Because autism is genetic, it cannot be prevented in most cases. In some cases, when a family has a history of autism, they may choose not to have a baby; but this is preventing the birth of a child, not preventing autism directly.

No. Because it is a neurological disorder & is related to genetic disorder [ not clearly found till now ] . However some treatment in which autistic children are intensively and repetitively taught skills and behaviors from a young age appears to help some children with the disorder.

The only way to prevent autism would be to practice eugenics - basically, be like the Nazi's.

It would mean identifying genetic factors that cause autism in order to either genetically modify children so that they aren't born Autistic or to be able to perform pre-natal screening in order to allow parents to abort pregnancies where the fetus is Autistic. It would also mean potentially eradicating Autistic people or sterilizing us so that we cannot have Autistic children, thus cutting out Autism from the gene pool.

Autism is genetic, not environmental - so things like avoiding drug abuse in pregnancy, avoiding junk food, and avoiding toxins while pregnant is a good idea but won't effect whether your child is Autistic. It may be possible in the future to use eugenics to prevent Autistic people existing, but clearly this is not something that any decent human being would support.

Don't take any drugs or drink when pregnant. Avoid junk food. Avoid viral infections and environmental toxins. Eat your vitamins and minerals everyday.

No. There is no cure for Autism. However, if it is handled well from an early age, Autistic people can be more able to cope with the world.
