cardiac and smooth
All the muscles that allow you to move your body are called voluntary as you have to think about it and the nervous system makes them respond. There are two others: smooth muscles which are involuntary and are found in the digestive tract for example and cardiac muscle found in the heart. It is also involuntary.

There are many muscles in the body, too many to list. Check out anatomy.umich.edu for muscle tables.
Literally nearly all of them. For a quick answer - Quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, all the muscles of the core/mid section, shoulders, back and arms. But if you wanted to list the individual muscle it will be a very big list, think of all the individual muscles of the legs, even the little muscles foot, neck and groin.

For many reasons. To list a few: -To provide movement. Without muscles, our bones couldn't move. -To provide shape and protect vital organs. Muscles cover your belly and chest, and provide a cushion to outside forces. -To provide heat. Movement, whether voluntary or involuntary (shivering) helps create and maintain body heat. -To help bloodflow. The contraction and relaxation of muscles, especially in the legs, helps move blood through the venous system and back to the heart. - To help contain and control the size of "pipes" and other hollow spaces, like blood vessels, airways, and the intestines.
Sneezing, coughing, heart racing, peristalsis, pupil contraction, shivering, eructation, flatulence, patellar reflex, Babinsky reflex.
Because there are a whole lot of functions which you can't (and don't want to) have conscious control over. Such as keeping your heart beating - this isn't something that you want to have to think about. You just want it to keep going - like when you are asleep or unconscious, your heart keeps beating. Similarly, do you really want to have to consciously move your food along your intestines? Or remember to squeeze the urine down out of your kidneys into your bladder? I don't. Everything that you can do "automatically" saves your brain precious processing space. If you had to spend all your brain power on making your blood flow around your body, your lungs expand and contract, your intestines digest and your pancreas excrete insulin - it would be even harder to remember what is on your shopping list...
There are many different muscles in the calf. A good place to start would be Wikipedia. The calf muscles are scientifically known as the triceps surae muscles. It would be more helpful to search for the scientific name as opposed to the common name.
ligaments, tendons, muscles, cartilage, hair and fingernalils.
I believe so. There are no alcohol related offenses which are listed on TWIC's disqualification list. If involuntary manslaughter resulted, you maybe ineligible.
Some muscles (skeletal muscles) will not contract unless stimulated by neurons; other muscles (smooth & cardiac) will contract without nervous stimulation but their contraction can be influenced by the nervous system. Thus, the nervous and muscle systems are closely interconnected.
