Get them to a vet right now, and I do mean immediately. Otherwise, they will die. Your vet will investigate how an entire litter of pups have contracted pneumonia, and try to ensure they stay safe and healthy in future. Listen carefully to any advice your vet gives you and follow it. If you lose this litter, be very cautious about breeding another lot; have your bitch spayed instead.
