You could try wearing a cmisole (most have built in Bras) or a tank top under a shirt. If yoou layer a thin t-shirt under another one, that could help, too. Most people probably won't notice anyway, though. So don't be too worried over it. If you want, you could try to convince your mom to get you a training bra.
