My right foot won't heal no matter what and it's been like a year and this tiny little scratch won't heal up Why?
I would need a bit more information. I would want to know are you diabetic, or have some type of immune compromise. Anyway you need to see you Health Care Practitioner to rule out any serious illness that could be causing you to not heal properly.
