If you are premenopausal meaning that you are in your childbearing years, this is NOT normal unless you are breastfeeding in which case it would not be unusual to miss your period for this length of time. Regardless, you need to see your family physician who can run some simple laboratory studies (blood work) or perhaps he/she would refer you to an endocrinologist who is more specialized in this field and from there determine whether or not there is actually a problem. If you are nearing the age of menopause which is different for each woman, not menstruating for this prolonged period of time would not be an unusual occurrence.
