While having one testicle that is larger than the other could signal a hernia, it might also be nothing at all. Many males find that their testicles are not exactly the same, with one being larger than the other or one hanging lower than the other.
There are several potential causes for one testicle being larger than the other, including testicular torsion, hydrocele, varicocele, epididymitis, or a tumor. It is important to consult a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Almost all men have testicles of different sizes; this is completely normal. However, if one testicle is strikingly larger than the other, or if you notice any kind of change in size in either testicle, see a doctor ASAP.

The size difference between testicles is normal and usually not a cause for concern. It is common for one testicle to be slightly larger or hang lower than the other. This asymmetry is typically due to differences in blood flow or the way the testicles developed. If there is a sudden change in size or if there is pain or discomfort, it is important to see a healthcare provider for further evaluation.
