I just did it and I found it to be very hard because all of the tasks are timed - what makes it hard is that they ask you do do something like hold a side plank or build a skid and they time you but you have no idea if you're doing well or not i.e. you could conceivably hold a side plank till your heart gives out and you die but at what point should you stop? till you are about to pass out?
There is definite reason to be worried about this test I'm pretty sure the main reason for it is to weed anyone out of getting into the union with any health issues at all - I don't think someone with Diabetes or cancer or high blood pressure or a heavy smoker would be able to pass
