This is not something to worry about, it's rather obvious is it not? after a bleeding nose not all the blood from the incident has left your nose, but be careful is you blow your nose too soon and too hard it can cause another nose bleed, or just a continuation of your previous nose bleed.
That is just gerbil snot. Theirs is red for some reason. What you're seeing is simply that your gerbil has a runny nose!
