As this is in teen pregnancy, I don't know if you have not told anyone you are pregnant, or if you are worried that no-one will be with you when you give birth, or if you are planning on concealing your pregnancy or what! If you have not told anyone it is really important for your health and the health of your baby that you do. Your Mom is the best person but if you don't have a good relationship (or don't have a Mom) then tell a teacher at school, the school nurse, a friend's Mom, an older cousin or some other person you feel you can trust to help you. You must also make sure you get pre-natal care. Lots of babuies are born healthy when the mother has had no care, but for the best start it helps. If you are scared that no-one will be with you when you actually give birth this is very unlikely. First babies tend not to come so quickly that you can't get help. Get yourself a birth partner, either the person you have told (as above) or a sensible best friend and make sure you have their number on your cellphone on speed dial. Make a birthplan and have a little bag packed with things tio help you during labor. A favorite magazine, a pack of cards, a natural sponge, a bottle of your favorite water, some glucose sweets, your Nintendo DS. Nothing too difficult as you will have a very short attention span. If all else fails call 911, the paramedics will have had training in chuildbirth and you will not be alone.
