In my opinion, yes they should be. Think about it this way if HIV/AIDS carriers would be responsible then the disease would die out. HIV/AIDS carriers are not responsible that is how most of them became infected and spread the virus. If the it was treated like smallpox and all of the nations banded together and made test mandatory. then tested all citizens and quarantined them together on say a island shipping in medication, food and supplies. Treat them humanly but stop them from spreading the virus. Test everyone who comes in contact with the HIV/AIDS carriers monthly and test everyone else on a yearly bases until the virus is no longer in any population.
This may sound harsh but we have no way of controlling the spread of the virus and those who are infected do not always control themselves. Some even purposely spread it to others.
His messenger, Friar John, was quarantined.
Yes, saliva can transmit HIV/AIDS, but it is quite an uncommon occurrance. Blood and reproductive fluids are much better carriers and transmitters of HIV/AIDS.
No.
Several diseases can, a few are: typhoid, HIV/AIDS, polio, etc.
They should stay home and inside until the fever is gone.
People with pertussis (whooping cough) should be quarantined for at least five days after starting appropriate antibiotic treatment, or until they have completed a five-day course of antibiotics. If they do not receive treatment, they should be quarantined for at least three weeks after the onset of coughing. This helps prevent the spread of the infection to others.
because if it was true then it should be quarantined for all of the dead bodies and blood. . .
I believe HIV victims should not be quarantined because most of them didn't ask for the disease and it is agaisnt human rights to do this along with some other hyman rights listed. Even though some of these victims may be spiteful others such as young children aren't to blame.
