The behavior of children is effected by positive or negative reinforcement. Punishments are negative reinforcement, rewards are positive reinforcement. Grades are a result of behavior. The best behavior modifiers are encouraged by giving positive reinforement for doing well and only negative if doing exceedingly bad.
I would suggest reinforcing the behavior of doing all their homework, studying for tests, and having good study habits. It is more work as a parent to do these things, but raising a child that has good study habits is much more benefit in the long run than simply having good grades. The professional world might hire you for good grades but only promotes the individuals that have good work habits. And good study habits will result in the best possible grades for your child as a side effect.
absoulutley . You need to show you kids that there is gift for misbehaving.
* Children should be made to do chores around the house to earn an allowance. No parent has to give a large allowance, but a fair one. Rule of thumb ... you work for the money! This teaches kids that they will have to work for what they want in the future and there are no free handouts.
I suggest a six figure allowance.
parental behavior is only one of many factors that influence children's behavior.

i think that you should be able to get an allowance at anytime you can work around the house, it all depends on your guardians beliefs
After filling out the employee's withholding allowance certificate, you should submit it to your employer for processing.
It depends entirely on your personal finances. There is no requirement to give them any allowance.
Nothing, if we're talking about "should"; an allowance is a privilege, not a right. While parents are legally obligated to provide for the needs of their children, there's no law requiring that you be provided with anything above what is actually necessary for survival nor setting the amount. While many parents do provide their children with an allowance, the amount varies widely from case to case, largely depending on the child's age, location, and the financial status of the family. If you feel your parents aren't giving you enough, your best option is probably to make your case logically to your parents as to why you feel it should be increased.
Menards does not have a rule about talking in the store. Children should be accompanied by an adult and should be on their best behavior, as they should be in all public places.
