It is a known fact that the more a person diagnosed with Arthritis moves, the better. My Conclusion hereby is that if the person diagnosed with arthritis does more exercise, the swelling would reduce and the pain would be Non-Existent. If however the Pain and the Swelling is not gone in a couple of weeks, it would be advisable to see a doctor.

Usually doctors would give an exercise plan to patients with arthritis.

There are many ways to reduce the pain such as pain relieving medication, acupuncture, relaxation therapy and with exercise.

You should start by stretching, to increase flexibility and relieve stiffness.

One of the most recommended exercise for arthritis patients is swimming, the water takes some weight off painful joints and you will be able to control weight, controlling weight is very important because the less weight you have on your joints the less painful it is.

Also consider doing yoga, yoga can help strengthen your joints and increase muscle strength.

Overall movement is essential when you have arthritis.
