Should you worry if you forgot to take a birth control pill but dont know which day you skipped and took the one you missed as soon as you remembered?

If you have been on Birth Control for at least 1 month I wouldn't worry about getting pregnant, because you made up for the day you missed as soon as you remembered. Basically you are putting the same dosage of birth control you would have normally have taken. However don't get lax, do not nake it a habit or try not to let it happen again.

∙ 13y agoDefinitely you should worry about getting pregnant and are sexually active and you have missed a birth control pill. There are emergency pills available to help prevent pregnancy now a days. Call your doctor's office right away and explain your problem.

I think the general rule is if you forget for more than 1 day you need to use another method of protection until you've taken your birth control pills for 7 days. The package insert should tell you for sure.

No you are fine. If you forgot a week or more you would be in trouble, but one pill and the rest taken there is no problem. One pill does not a baby make.
