These are the exact symptoms of the flu. I've had it as recent as late 2008 and as far as i know, that's it. Possibly a cold. To treat it, w/o pills, eat foods that are rich in nutrients to assist your immune system, which will weaken as time progresses otherwise. Before you sleep & 1st thing at day, drink hot tea. To make it, use honey and lemons which will coat the interior of your throat & ward-off mucus. Heat it and drink as hot as you can stand. Drink Orange Juice from a carton (not a clear container b/c light eliminates some of its nutrients). Avoid being exposed to air when your hair is wet. & do some daily exercises to build strength (few push-ups, jogging). When you have a cold/flu you need for your immune system to be stronger when its done, so these things will not occur as often. -

Swelling in the Eustachian tube between the middle ear and throat can cause fluid and pressure to build up in the middle ear causing pain as well.
Yes, a sore throat, earache, and cough without a fever can last for weeks, often due to viral infections, allergies, or irritants.
