My top stressors are time related. They include:

  1. Running out of time to complete my to-do list (this includes having enough time to spend with family)
  2. Unexpected to-dos that pop up, or not budgeting enough time to complete my tasks (things that are uncontrollable like being stuck in traffic)
  3. Forgetting to spend "me-time" and devoting time to others
