ok so from time to time i get this white or somewhat redish bump on my tip lip it looks like an ingrown hair or a white head .... when i get it it burns if i touch it, it pops like a pimple or black head the white stuff comes out then it bleeds and goes away..... does anyone know what it is???? ... i hope its not a cold sore i get paranoid easily
