No qualifications, you must be over 18 and a British citizen and that's about it. In Britain women and men from 18 who are a citizen of the UK, a Commonwealth country or the republic of Ireland can all vote, you also have to be a resident in a constituency and registered with the electoral register, however there are exceptions if you are in prison you cannot vote people convicted for electoral malpractice loose there right to vote for 5 years. People who are in psychiatric hospitals not under there own will cannot vote. Although most over the age of 18 have the right to vote now it was not until 1880 that all men had the right to vote if they were over 21 and for women it was not until 1928 they got the vote. Later it was changed so that 18yrs old and up could vote.
i had the virus isrvs. and i am proud to say i 'had' it. now i cant say that it was all my doing. i have norton anti virus and spy sweeper. which kinda helped me. the way i got rid of this virus was actually quite simple. but first i want to point out that when you see the sysbop32 message to NOT press ok. this activates the virus. but to get rid of this virus which is extremely stubborn i simpy pressed ctrl+alt+delte. then closed off any program i was running involuntarily. like the annoying search bar at the bottom right hand screen entiteld 'searchbar.' then i went to processes and closed out any unfamiliar image names under my user name. i also closed out the ones that had the same name as any of the pop ups or warning i got from Norton. Then, while still in the task manager, i went to file. Then, New Task (run.. and then in the little box i typed in 'msconfig.' Then i went to start up and unchecked any names simalir to the ones in processes. examples of these are: ffisearch elitekpz32 ap9h4qmo audole32 jidal0uz in the midst of doing all of this i wrote down most of these so i could go through my computer using search to delete these, since my Norton Anti - Virus could not. Due to the fact that they were 'still in use.' or 'write protected.' this is what i did to keep my computer from freezing up. because my sister had the same virus and she had to reformat hers. all i have is a recent high school degree ('04) and im no where near a computer nerd. ive just used what ive learned in school and from my dad. now, i still have a couple pop ups now and then. but im hoping the spy sweepr will finish the rest of those off now that i have deleted the files that keep making them come back. but i think this is one large step froward in combating this pesky virus. -david.
