A retroverted uterus means that your uterus is tilted backwards instead of forwards. This condition does not effect the possibility of getting pregnant.
If you mean can it affect a girls chances of GETTING pregnant, yes. It makes it harder to get pregnant because it blocks the path of the sperm to the egg. Different positions however will "swing" the uterus so it no longer blocks the sperm.
The uterus can and does change positions between pregnancies. Just because you have a tilted uterus at some point in your life does not mean it will always be tilted. Just so, if your uterus is tilted forward, it can become retroverted.
Well, I know that one risk is kidney infections if you have a tilted uterus, which is caused when the baby gets big enough, he/she will lay on one side of your uterus only which could block the tube that transfers the urine from your kidneys to your bladder therefore it remains in the kidneys and bacteria grows and then you end up with a kidney infection. I have a tilted uterus and every pregnancy (this will be my third), I have had a kidney infection only on my right side because that's which way my uterus is tilted.

I have a tipped uterus and only h ave trouble with my bladder when I have been pregnant. I have been pregnant 3 times, and b/c of the tipped uterus, around 10-12 weeks, I have had to have a catheter put in to empty my bladder b/c I can't do it on my own.
An anteverted gravid uterus refers to a pregnant uterus that is tilted forward toward the abdominal wall. This is a common position for the uterus during pregnancy and is considered normal. In this position, the uterus grows and expands as the pregnancy progresses, generally leading to a healthy development of the fetus. The term "gravid" specifically indicates that the uterus is currently carrying a developing embryo or fetus.

If you think you could be pregnant, then go to a doctor and have them take a blood test to find out. Though some women even then will show negative when they really are positive but it's very rare. I believe it happens for some women who have a tilted uterus or something like that. I know it's a tilted something. If you don't have that then if it's negative you are most likely not pregnant.
A tilted cervix is usually nothing to be worried about but it means that yours does not sit straight up, it tilts towards your back. Even with a tilted cervix, you should not have trouble getting pregnant.
It doesn't mean anything is wrong. I have a tilted cervix. Sometimes it makes becoming pregnant more difficult, but I had no problem getting pregnant. My doctor said it's normal and nothing to worry about.
