well the muscles sued are your tricep and bicep they conteract and relax ............................................................................................................................................. These muscles would be used along a sequence of muscle innervation. The first muscles would be the pectoralis major and the torso, then travelling along the biceps brachii, then along the extensor and flexor muscles running along the radial & ulna bones and then finally into the intricate muscles in the hands.
Well if you are looking to train muscles to make your passes stronger, then i would highly suggest you work on your arms, chest, core and legs. These are the most important muscles in every pass i can think of. Legs not as much I guess but it would help to have legs tht can support a big body.
THE answer is you can do a bounce pass, chest pass,
Chest pass, overhead pass, bounce pass, baseball pass
chest pass
hold the ball above your chest with both hands then pass
If you use a bounce pass that is probably the slowest pass in bball, but if you are a slow chest passer then that would probably be slower. It really is just an opinion because each person throws the basketball differently. In my opinion I throw a bounce pass slower than a chest pass.
It depends on how the player threw the ball. If he bounced it and it hit the recievers chest, it would be a bounce pass, if it went to the receiver without touching the floor, that is a chest pass
Chest passes are really good for center passes or when a team mate (eg: wing defence) is free, there light easy passes . but do not use chest passes in the goal thirds.. much much to risky, use lobs (high passes *one hand ) or shoulder pass, even a bounce pass is better then a chest.
The slowest pass in bball is probably the bounce pass, but if you throw a chest pass slow then that will probably be slower.
Put the ball on your chest......THen exert power on your shoulder....try to push the ball to pass....
a pass it is the same thing
Basketball PassesThe four types of passes in basketball is the chest pass, the bounce pass the overhead pass and the side pass or outlet pass which ever you prefer!!! :-)labchestbounceoverheadskipwraparoundtip
