you can try pedia lite... That will only keep your 5 yr old from dehydrating. I am not sure what to tell you. But my daughter has had the same thing. She is almost 5 (will be in May). I am tkaing her to the docs tonight. Let you know what I find out. She hasn't really eaten in the past 6 days. She is pale and always wanting to sleep. I have been giving her Motrina nd it takes the fever away for a few hours and then it is back again!
