Probably not because the male doesn't have a birth canal in his body the eggs are released into a pouch which only male seahorses have and when the eggs hatch the babies come out of that pouch so I wouldn't imagine it as painful as other creatures giving birth.

you cant make a guinea pig give birth but you can make it easier for her 1.set up a box with a towel at the bottom when she starts going into labor 2.make sure its warm and leave plenty of food and water nearby 3.leave the room, many animals dont like to be seen giving birth and like to feel protected 4.if it is taking a while or is becoming very diffucult for her then call a vet for advice and help.
