It is always good to take care of your skin. One thing I ALWAYS do is put moisturizing lotion on daily. I would recomend something like "ST. IVES" body lotion. Another I would do is wear sunscreen when i go outside. Protecting your skin from the sun can help prevent rinkles, damage, skin cancer, etc. Make sure you take regular showers to clean it. I think those are the main things you need to do. Oh, and another thing that make it really soft is exfoliation. Its a scrub that you can buy at ex. Bath and Body Works.
