  2. Exercise regularly.
  3. Don't rob yourself of sleep.
  4. Do not abuse your body by smoking, drinking too much, or taking prescription drugs without researching the effects they can have on your body. Of course, illegal drugs or abusing prescription drugs should also be avoided.
  5. Use suncreen when in the sun.

Though some of the above are not usually mentioned as helping to prevent cancer, taking care of our bodies, though not a guarantee that we will not get cancer, can increase our chances of avoiding it. In fact, there are some who believe nutrition and eating healthy foods that are free of anything that might be unhealthy is the best way to avoid and even treat cancer.
