An HIV antibody test is a test that looks for the antibodies that are created when a person is exposed to the HIV virus. The ELISA test (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is the first test to be done; a negative ELISA is reliable, but a positive ELISA is not, and so is followed with the Western Blot.
The Western Blot. Western Blot tests detect antibodies to HIV-1 proteins, including core proteins (p17, p24, p55), polymerase proteins (p31, p51, p66) and envelope glyco-proteins (gp41, gp120, gp160).
AIDS serology serves several different purposes. Some AIDS tests are used to diagnose patients or confirm a diagnosis; others are used to measure the progression of the disease or the effectiveness of specific treatment.

No but there are medicines and tests to make you live longer but it costs lots of money.
Blood tests to evaluate patients already diagnosed with HIV infection are as important as the diagnostic tests. Because AIDS has a long latency period, some persons may be infected with the virus for 10 years or longer before they.
AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is a diagnosis. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is the virus that causes someone to develop the condition known as AIDS. HIV is not curable. Once someone is infected with the virus and tests HIV+, the infection can be treated, but not cured.

Short answer: No. Long answer: Maybe. You need to wait till all the tests are complete first.
To the best of my knowledge, antivirals and the cocktail used to combat aids are not tested for and do not appear on "drug tests". Far more extensive tests exist however, that can show them AIDS privacy in particular is heavily protected in most States (although how and to what extent varies from state to state), so testing for AIDS-specific medications without the patient's knowledge and consent would likely be a violation of the patients' rights under the State level privacy laws. As there's no recreational market in AIDS meds, these typically don't fall under drug testing protocols.
After clearing basic fitness, educational and intelligence tests, you will have to clear many medical tests in order to qualify to join Pakistan Army. TB, AIDS, Hepatitis B, C etc are a few tests you will have to clear.

Certainly. Only a test which is specific for detecting HIV, the virus which causes the disease AIDS, can tell weather someone is infected with this virus. It does not show up a a by product of some other tests.
I believe all blood tests require consent. If this is for work purposes and you refuse, I wouldn't count on getting or keeping that job. A refusal to testing is like an admission of guilt.
