The two lower parts of the heart that pump blood out to the body are called the ventricles. The right ventricle pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs for oxygenation, while the left ventricle pumps oxygenated blood to the rest of the body. Together, they play a crucial role in the circulatory system by ensuring efficient blood flow.

Right ventricle
The vein that collects deoxygenated blood from the posterior parts of the body and returns it to the heart is the inferior vena cava. It gathers blood from the lower regions, including the legs, abdomen, and pelvis, and transports it to the right atrium of the heart. The superior vena cava serves a similar function for the upper parts of the body. Together, they ensure that blood circulates back to the heart for reoxygenation.
The vena cava (both) are very large veins. All veins carry blood back to the heart. In the case of the vena cava, this is blood from the upper body (superior vena cava) and from the lower body (inferior vena cava).
The Right Ventircle is in he lower chamber of the right side of the heart. It pumps blood into the lungs.
the process goes this way. at first all the deoxygenated blood is collected from upper parts of the body through superior venecava and lower parts of the body through the inferior venecava. then it enters the first right chamber of the heart then passes through tricuspid valve to lower right chamber .then it is carried to the lungs through pulmonary artery . there,it gets mixed with oxygen with the help of haemoglobin in the blood. this oxygenated blood gets carried to the left chamber of the heart through pulmonary vein. then it passes through bicuspid valve to the lower left chamber and finally it is pumped out to different parts of the body.
The heart does not specifically pump to any organ, it pumps blood threw the circulatory system. The "Pulmonary side" of the cardiac circulation is the "right" side of the heart which pumps blood TO the lungs. Therefore all the parts of the heart which are on the right side would be considered the answer.

The Atria and Ventricles are parts of the heart not the blood. The Atria is the upper chambers of the heart and the Ventricles are the lower chambers of the heart.
