Platelets
Some cell fragments that are involved in clotting are platelet that are from the bone marrow.
There is nothing called platelet cell, they are actually cell fragments. The cell fragments are required for the clotting of blood when you are injured.
Platelets (not cell fragments though)
Platelets are cell fragments that prevent blood from leaking through capillaries
A white blood cell with fragments in its cytoplasm is typically a type of granulocyte, such as a neutrophil, which contains granules filled with enzymes and antimicrobial substances. These granules can appear as small fragments or structures under a microscope. The presence of these fragments is indicative of the cell's role in the immune response, particularly in fighting infections and responding to inflammation. Additionally, it may also refer to a cell undergoing apoptosis, where fragments of the cell's cytoplasm can be observed.
A cell that releases exosomes, which are small vesicles containing cell fragments and proteins, is an example of a secretion that contains cell fragments. Exosomes play roles in cell communication and the transfer of biomolecules between cells.
Cell fragments in the blood are platelets and they are involved in blood clotting.

okay to answer this question... you can never get rid of any sickness... you will always have the fragments of the sickness in your cells and unless you get a awsome docter to replace each and every cell, but your cell has little fragments and will trap the sickness i the fragments of the cell and stays there forever....:) thanks for asking:)
